Mermaid Gin is made on the Isle of Wight from botanicals including juniper, rock samphire, hops, coriander, lemon zest and grains of paradise. This is refreshing, slightly sweet and spicy with notes of pepper and citrus. Try serving it with Mediterranean tonic and a samphire garnish.
