Delivery Information
All orders will be dispatched within 5 working days, however we will always endeavour to send your orders asap.
PLEASE NOTE – Any personalised items may take slightly longer than our usual delivery time.
Due to customs laws we are unable to send alcohol overseas.
International orders are generally received in less than 21 days, although please allow up to 30 days.
Christmas Deliveries
To ensure you receive your gifts in plenty of time for the festive season we recommend ordering as early as possible, as there may be delays within the postal system at this time of year.
Last posting dates:
UK Deliveries – Friday 20th December (orders received before 12pm)
European Deliveries – Friday 6th December
Worldwide Deliveries – Friday 29th November
Any orders placed after 12pm Friday 20th December may not be dispatched until after the New Year.
Missing Parcels
Although not often, parcels can sometimes go missing in the post.
UK Orders – We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 days after your order has been dispatched.
Overseas Orders – We cannot issue replacement orders until 30 days after your order has been dispatched
Please note that we must be notified of a missing order within 30 days of when the order should have arrived (unless communication has been received from us that there has been a delay with dispatching your order)
After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
Damaged Goods:
If an item has been damaged in transit you may return them within 7 days for a replacement or a full refund.
We will ask you to return the items(s) to us, retaining proof of purchase, and adequate insurance cover, should the parcel be lost.
Sustainability
As a museum we are working very hard to reduce our plastic usage and use sustainable products where ever possible.
We are striving to make all of our packaging for our online orders fully sustainable by the end of 2024.
